Many people live alone with pets. Most of us do not want to dwell on what happens if we are suddenly unreachable — an accident, a hospitalization, a phone lost at the worst possible time. HugsyAlert exists so you can make a realistic plan before anyone needs it.

Make the plan

Add your pet's care details, your check-in rhythm, and the trusted helpers you would want contacted if you unexpectedly go silent.

Test the chain

Practice drills help you learn whether helpers can receive, understand, and respond to an alert before the stakes are real.

Stay honest

HugsyAlert helps notify the people you choose. It cannot promise that every alert is delivered, every helper responds, or every bad outcome is prevented.

What HugsyAlert is — and is not

HugsyAlert is a best-effort backup-plan tool. It can remind you to check in, alert trusted helpers, and share pet-care instructions when your alert flow reaches that point.

HugsyAlert is not an emergency service, medical alert system, insurer, pet-care provider, or rescue service. It cannot guarantee that alerts are delivered, helpers respond, emergency services act, or that your pet will be safe. In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly.

The promise

HugsyAlert does not promise that nothing bad will happen. It helps you avoid leaving your pet's care instructions, helper contacts, and alert plan scattered in your head when they may be needed most.
